Unpaid Order Reminder Compatibility info

With this module you can send email reminders to customers automatically to remind them that their order has not been paid. You can specify the interval, number of repetitions, and other settings.

Interval days setting is provided to determine for how many days the email reminder will be sent since the last reminder is sent. The default setting is 3 days, but you can update it as you wish or according to your need.

The number of repetitions can be set so you can limit the number of times an email reminder will be sent according to the interval days have been set. The default setting is 3 times.

You can also specify whether the customer's order will be automatically canceled since the last reminder email is sent and when it is past the deadline (due date) that has been determined according to the interval days setting.

The email title or topic can be updated as you want, as well as the reminder text written in the email reminder.
