We accept payment by bank wire via ATM, mBanking, iBanking, or Cash deposit to our BCA bank account with following details :

Payment Confirmation

Your bank wire should be confirmed immediately by submitting your payment data through our payment confirmation form.
All submitted data should be valid and don't forget to include your order reference within your bank wire, because we will check all payment via internet banking.
Checking the confirmation of bank transfer payment will be done by checking our bank account twice in a day ie at 12:00 WIB and 15:00 WIB. Therefore, pay or make a bankwire transfer during the Bank's working hours. If payment is made outside the Bank's working hours, your payment will be detected on the next business day.
For bank wire via ATM, mBanking and iBanking, we will need your bank account details for our reference in case your order canceled or your payment amount was exceeded from the total order amount.

You don't need to submit your payment data if your payment was made via PayPal, because PayPal will send us a payment notification to our email address that registered on PayPal.

Payment Identification and Order Status

Once your payment received, your order status will be updated to or set as "Payment accepted".
Any value of deficiency amount on your payment, will cause your order is considered not paid off.
Incomplete or inaccurate information when submitting your payment information through our payment confirmation form will hinder or complicate the process of identification/detection and validation, even your payment can not be identified/detected by us.
This issues will causing your order process pending or delivered late.
Therefore MAKE SURE the paid amount is accurate according to your order billing statement and payment information that you've send through our payment confirmation form is complete and accurate.

Excess Payment Amount

This may happen if you make a payment by bank wire or cash deposit to one of our bank accounts.
If there is an excess payment we will immediately refund to your bank account in accordance with your bank account information which has been submitted through our payment confirmation form.
If there is an administrative fee charged by the bank then the cost will be charged to the refund amount. The administrative fee is usually charged if your bank account is not within the same banking company with one of  our bank accounts (BCA or Mandiri).
An email notification will be sent to your email address once the refund process is complete.

Refund only valid if the excess payment amount is equal or greater than Rp. 50.000 (Fifty Thousand Rupiah). Otherwise, then we will record your excess payment to our financial administrations system as a savings / deposit funds and you can use it for the next order transactions.
