General

By conducting and completing Order - Shopping - Payment in WebIndoShop, then you have read, accept and agree to the Terms / Agreement and the prevailing conditions in WebIndoShop as described here.

Order / Purchase and Payment

Every product or item that has been sent and or received by you, can not be exchanged.
You can make cancellations or changes to orders that you have to do with how to contact us immediately via menu Contact Us before you have pay.
Cancellation can't be done after order has been paid.
Payment for orders placed no later received 3x24 hours after the order made ​​or completed (indicated by the receipt of an order detail ). If until the time limit we doesn't received your payment, then your order will be considered as canceled.

Paid Confirm

When you make payment through Bank Wire to our bank account, then you can confirm via "Confirm payment" menu above, or please Click here. If all data is valid then your order will be immediately processed for shipped. And if you have paid via PayPal, although PayPal ussually send notification of every transaction that is in our PayPal account, but you can send ( forward ) PayPal e - mail which contains your payment transactions to shopping@webindoshop.com

Warranty

All products or items we sell are bound to the terms of the guarantee and warranty of each manufacturer.
We do not provide any guarantee or warranty other than guarantees delivery and suitability of products or goods that you buy.
With respect to the possibility of damage to the product or item that you received from the delivery process, then it is the responsibility of the PT.JNE UPS Courier and therefore you can submit a complaint to the PT.JNE or UPS where we will provide help and assistance when you deliver complaint.
